Jeremy, Kettle bells

Worked out Friday, with a 5×3 DL, pretty good:

225×3

The last one was hard, but I did it. Finished up with a Jeremy re-load, which was 21-15-9:

-OHS 45#
-Burpees

I need to lay off the burpees for a while because my knees are all bruised. But I did it in 8:25. I have no idea if that’s good or not.

Saturday was shorter than I would have liked, due to time constraints, but I did 5×3 back squat:

45×5
115×3
135×3
145×3
155×3
165×3

Not all that bad. Finished up with a five minute AMRAP of:

-10 KB swings 45#
-10 Wall ball 18#, no target
-20 Sit-ups

Did two rounds, 13 sit-ups, but I finished the set, just because. This would be a great WoD if it were, like, 3x as long.

Today, I did an almost awesome press. Had I locked out the last rep, it would have set a PR, but oh well:

I shouldn’t have looked up my PR on this, because it was 6:40, and I did it in 10:23. Boo!

Crossfit Pallas is opening Saturday at 1000 at 711-13 Court Street, and good for them! I wish I could be there, but I’m going to be in New York with my sister, and shall be going to CFNYC for the first time ever, and my first time back in a Crossfit Box in something like three years. Very exciting all around.

BTW, does anyone know why I got 70+ hits on 9/30?
