Tuesday was 20 minutes, 2 minutes on, 2 minutes off (5 rounds):

-15 TTB
-15 Wall balls
-15 Russian KB swings (32kg/24kg)
AMRAP burpees with remaining time

The only thing I scaled was the TTB, down to 10 KTC and got 37. It wasn’t bad.

Yesterday was the superset of 10-7-5 Back squats and Push press (from the floor), and I got the same as last time, 135,145,155 and 102,112,122.
