Starting from scratch

Because it has been a long time since I posted, I am not going to attempt to back-date; I’m just going to start from here. Today was super-sets of:

10-7-5 Back squat
10-7-5 push press from the floor

I got 135-145-155 and 102-112-122 respectively, up 5# on the back squat since last time and 2# on the push press. I’m thinking this might be it though because it was reallyreallyreally hard.
