What? Burpees?

Today was a Fight-Gone-Bad style interval WoD, 16 minutes, 4 rounds for reps:

-1 minute burpees
-1 minute KB snatch alternating
-1 minute rope climbs
-1 minute rest

I was ridiculously consistent on this with 16, 18, 1 every round, for a total of 64, 76, and 4, or 144. The crazy part is that I beat a lot of better people on the burpees. Don’t ask me why; I just had a great day for burpees.
