Wednesday was 4 rounds of 3 minutes on, 2 minutes off:

-10 Power cleans (115#/75#)
-15 Burpees
AMRAP thrusters with remaining time

I got 36. Thank God I’m good at power cleans is all I’m going to say about that.

Today was 3×5 each leg split squats, which I’m not going to be good at because my feet don’t bend that way, so I finished at 12kg per hand with 3×20 v-ups, which I actually did Rx’d with mixed results. The WoD was 4 RFT:

-10 KB snatch 24kg/16kg
-200m run/row

8-minute cap

I did it in 5:27.
