2 more light days

Yesterday was 3 rounds for reps:

-1 minute burpees
-1 minute TTB
-1 minute pocket full cleans (115#/75#)
-1 minute rest

I didn’t keep track of my score. The burpees were the easiest part.

Today was:

0:00-5:00
-1k Row for time

5:00-10:00

-10 box jumps
-10 wall balls

I got 3:41 for the row, which was OK and 3+4 for the rest.
