A team WoD with rowing? OK…

Today’s WoD was a 20-minute AMRAP with teams of 3:

-Partner 1: 800m run (pacer)
-Partner 2: Rowing for calories (score)
-Partner 3: Rest

Of course, without running, I did 3 minutes of DU or 100, whichever came first, and it was 98 and 95 respectively in the time I got to do it. We got the best score up until then of 318, which was good. I did another set of BW stuff: 5-4-3-3-2 ring push-ups, and 5×2 strict pull-ups.
