EMOM rowing OHS box jumps

Yesterday was 15-minute EMOM:

-Row 15/10 calories
-9 OHS (95#/65#)
-12 box jumps

I did 15 calories. I made it OK every minute and it was very tough. I do have more energy with my new diet template and am doing intra-workout 1 scoop whey and some juice with water. Works as well as Vitargo and doesn’t taste terrible.
