All the Wallballs, Team WoD

Saturday was 5RM front squats, which I got 145# and 155×3. I did 155 a few weeks ago, so I don’t know. The WoD was six minutes of wallballs, and I got 117. It’s not a horrible score. I had to get at least a three-digit number, a Karen would have been awesome, but it would have meant cutting 1 1/2 minutes off my Karen time, which is not realistic. I was hoping for 125.

Today was a team WoD, teams of 4, 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off:

-Rowing for calories (final score)
-Plank hold
-Box jump

We ended up with 282, which was a monstrously high score, but we were only the second class of the day and there was me, Fireman Jason who is a big guy, Football Marc, who is little but very fierce and was getting 20 calories per round, which is a lot, and was on the Airdyne due to a lat injury, and New Guy Whose Name I Don’t Remember.
