Not that fast…

Today was one attempt at 7-5-3 DL. There was a warm up, and then one attempt at each, which was 225#, 235#, 245#. The WoD was:

0:00 – 5:00:
-800m run
-15 burpees
-AMRAP Russian KB swings 32kg/24kg
5:00 – 7:00
-Rest
7:00 – 12:00
-800m run
-15 burpees
-AMRAP Russian KB swings

I did it with a 1K row, which, I don’t know if everyone is really fast or if I’m really slow because even looking at the WoD in the morning, I knew I wasn’t going to make it to the KB swings. I take right around 4:00 to row 1K in a WoD most days, which leaves me one minute to do 15 burpees, which just isn’t realistic. 15 burpees in a minute is only when I’m totally fresh. So I got 10, 10. I guess the take away is that I didn’t go down.
