Long pause back squats

Today was 15 minutes to establish 1 back squat with 5-second pause, 2 regular. I got up to 175#, but I feel like I had more in the tank. You never know with these weird ones. The metcon was 7-minute AMRAP:

-30 DU
-15 KB swings (32kg/24kg)
-10 jumping air squats

I did it at 3+14. I could have gone faster.
