Tabata

No benchmark this Saturday, just a different Tabata WoD:

-Ring pull-ups/rows (6-2-2-2-1-1-1-1 = 16)
-Jumping squats (12-11-11-9-8-8-8-9 = 76)
-KTE on rings (5-5-5-3-3-3-3-3 = 30)
-Burpees (5-5-4-4-4-4-4-5 = 35)

We did it for a total, which was not how we typically do Tabatas, but whatever. It’s six of one and half a dozen of the other. I ended up doing it Rx’d, with a total of 157, or 16 by old-school Tabata rules.
