Going backwards
I’m going down on my lifts and I’m not sure why, other than being a little down lately mentally and discouraged and not having the best diet ever recently d/t dental work. So, started with an abysmal front squat:
45×5
95×3
105×3
115×3
125×3
125×3
Finished with a marginal improvement in the 10!:
-KB snatch right 25#
-KB snatch left 25#
-Push-ups (knees)
Managed it in 8:07, about a minute faster than last time, in August, with 20#. Push-ups are still sucky.
